Whilst many self help books, courses or conferences provide inspiration, relevant stories and motivation, feeling of empowerment are often temporary and fail to provide any framework, tools or understanding to help individuals reach their goals or objectives. Mind Combat combine psychological theory and psychological practice to ensure people can create sustainable, long lasting change and reach any goal or objective they have in mind.
Understand:
Mind Combat has a sophisticated understanding of behavioural change. We have created a unique formula which unpackages the mental process we go through in order to change our behaviour. Our minds must progress through the 7 links we have indentified in order to create long lasting, sustainable change. We understand that in order to reach any professional or personal goal, we must go through a process of change. Many exceptionally talented individuals fail to reach their full potential because their mind set is not prepared for this.
Personalise:
Each individual has a unique approach to change and unlike most self help books or approaches to self help, Mind Combat allows individuals to understand and personalise this process by answering a unique questionnaire. The answers to this reveal the individuals change chain which will be unique as their finger print.
Strengthen:
Once an individual has identified their change chain and determined their weak links, mental rehearsal programmes can be used to strengthen the change chain and ensure each individual can prepare their mindset and reach their goals.
